Wordless Wednesday, Bedtime Stories Edition: Reading to relax
Reading at bedtime is not a lost art.

Senior Airman Kayla Dale, 51st Maintenance Squadron non-destructive inspector, reads a book in her dorm room June 13, 2014, at Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea. Dale credits her hobby of reading with keeping her out of trouble and inspiring her to dream big as a child. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Jake Barreiro)
Remember when reading in bed with a flashlight was something parents would scorn? Hey, as long as there’s no blue spectrum light (or you can filter it), I say go for it. Much more relaxing than staring at your smartphone screen!—The Curator
