SleepyHeadCENTRAL is asking its readers to please:

practice social distancing
stay home if you have any flu or cold symptoms*
avoid assembling in groups
resist the urge to hoard necessities
donate any masks to local hospitals and clinics
look out for vulnerable neighbors
wash your hands vigilantly during this rough patch
prioritize sleep to bolster your immune system 

Doing your part will keep down the spread of COVID-19, saving lives, and reducing the stress on our healthcare system and its thousands of diligent workers, as well as help keep essential businesses operational.

*Symptoms of COVID-19 include fever, cough, and difficulty breathing. Most people who have COVID-19 experience mild illness similar to a cold or flu.
